The name “Platinum” Taekwon-Do was chosen as it reflected the vision of the club to teach Taekwon-Do to an exceptional standard, drawing on the symbolism of platinum being even more precious than gold and with great resistance to corrosion. Our logo therefore combines the alchemical symbol for platinum with Taekwon-Do.
